For customers in the United States and selected European countries, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping on eligible orders. This means import duties and taxes are prepaid, so you won’t need to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.

For all other countries, any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders can only be cancelled before production or shipping begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted because every item is prepared specifically for your order.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect.
